• Bread (Buy from npc at jungle demon teleport)

• 100,000 Cooking XP
• 100,000 Crafting XP
• 100,000 Fishing XP
• 100,000 Smithing XP

Head to the Cook in Lumbridge Castle, He will tell you the ingredients you need.

• Ground Cod - Use pestle and mortar on Raw Cod
• Breadcrumbs - Use a Knife on Bread
• Ground Crab Meat - Will be obtained in the next step
• Ground Kelp - Will be obtained in the next step

Teleport to Yanille, and make your way to Port Khazard. Near the Docks you will find Murphy, he will be near the docks`. Speak with him. He will give you a Fish Bowl Helmet and Diving apparatus.

Speak with Murphy again to go "diving". Once underwater you will find Crab meat and Kelp. Use a pestle and mortar on both.

Return to The Cook in Lumbridge and he will give you the Cooked Fishcake.

Use the Fish cake on Pirate pete in the Dining room.

Congratulations! Quest completed.
