Boss Overview
Commander Zilyana is the appointed leader of Saradomin's forces in the God Wars Dungeon and one of only two living representatives of the Icyene race in Grinderscape, the other being Safalaan. She commands an army of minions and uses powerful melee and magic attacks.
Highly recommended to use Protect from Magic and rigour prayer to maximize kill efficiency.
Location
You can find Commander Zilyana in the Saradomin Encampment within the God Wars Dungeon.
To enter the area, you need a killcount of 5 on Saradomin followers, unless you have an Ecumenical Key.
Mechanics
Commander Zilyana primarily uses melee and magic attacks.
- Protect from Magic prayer is essential.
- She is accompanied by minions named Bree and Starlight.
- Kiting (maneuvering to keep distance while attacking) is the preferred strategy.
- Use Rigour prayer to boost ranged damage and reduce incoming damage.
Inventory & Prayer
Recommended supplies:
- Food for healing
- Saradomin brews and restores for emergency healing and prayer restoration
- Stamina potions for kiting
- Blowpipe for minion kills (or alternative ranged weapon)
- Emergency teleport for quick escape
